Nearing Diwali means receiving greetings (and sending too!). This year by email I continue to receive greetings aplenty and I feel I would not be able to reply personally to everyone. Not that I am lazy or do not have feelings of reciprocity; I will be on a week’s tour and when I return another festival would be in the offing! So through this Blog I convey my hearty greetings to all valuable readers who have already sent and all those who plan to send.
Some greetings are just from special websites that promote free exchange of greeting cards while a few that reached me had their own stamp of the maker. Definitely the makers have exceptional artistic ability whose limit to innovation was their own imagination only. I am proud to present here six greetings from Dr Adhi Narayanan, a devotee and who has keen interest in photoshop and from another devotee Bharat Churiwala from Mumbai who is one of the moderators of the Holy Trio Group.
May the blessings of the Holy Trio be on them is my earnest prayer!
Bharat Churiwala from Mumbai sent me this special greetings:
Revered Maharaj ji,
Wish you a very happy and prosperous Diwali.
Yours Sincerely,

Adarneeya Maharajji,
Saadar Pranaams on this auspicious occassion of Deepawali.
Some time I am really wonderstruck at COMPASSION in Swamijis and Matajis of Ramakrishna Order…..
How much love and concern you have for children of HOLY TRIO…..How much pain and labour you must be endearing for DEVOTEES OF HOLY TRIO….. Inspite of your own Spiritual Practices and responsibilities of administration of such a GIGANTIC ORGANISATION, you are able to take out time for all of us…really fulfilling the Motto of Swamiji…..ATMANO MOKSHARTHAM, JAGAD HITAAYA CHA…
Once again Saadar Pranaams,

Dear Maharaj,
Pranams at Maharaj’s holy feet.
The following is an extract from the Vedanta Kesari that aptly describes Maharaj.
‘The Uddhava Gita (9.16) tells us that God also seeks the company of perfect souls. Only by seeing a holy person can one have true faith in God… by meeting with a person who has that faith and lives by it. Unless one sees such a holy person and has contact with him, one’s faith in God is merely theoretical. A light can be lit from another light. Vedanta describes a holy person as a moving temple of God. External temples are faint imitations of the holy person who is the true temple. In the Mahabharata, Bhishma tells the Pandavas: A visit to holy men bestows merit, because they may be regarded as moving holy places. The Lord, dwelling in their hearts, renders holy the place where they live. . . A river filled with sacred water is no doubt sacred; an image of stone or clay is no doubt a deity. After worshipping them a long time, the aspirant becomes pure. But by a mere visit to a holy man one attains purity. Holy company purifies our heart and cleanses our mind of the contamination of worldly company that is unavoidable for an average person.’
It is thus no doubt then, that Maharaj has an abundance of messages! We are so blessed to sit at Maharaj’s feet and on the joyous festival of Diwali we are thankful to Master and Holy Mother that the light in the form of Maharaj is with us.
Jai Sri Ma!
