Were you in Singapore? Though I do not remember well, I am glad that you were associated with Kanpur ashram. Here by His grace I joined in 1971. This ashram was visited by Swami Vijnanananda Ji, one of the Direct Disciples of Bhagwan Sri Ramakrishna. Even now the memories of the beautiful shrine and my early days under two Late stalwarts – Swami Premarupananda and Swami Purnananda – are fresh in my mind!
May the blessings of Kali Ma be on you is my prayer!

Our pranam!
We live in Bangalore now but have been associated with Kanpur Ashrama for nearly six decades from 1956 when my parents received diksha from Swami Vishudhanandaji at Kanpur Ashrama.
Swamiji, I had the privilege of going to the Kanpur Ashrama all the 5 years of my days at IIT Kanpur 1963 to 1968. We got married in 1971 at Kanpur and since our home is in Kanpur the Ashrama is part of our live Stream!
We had the privilege of meeting you during our visits to Singapore where my son works.
You graciously accepted our pranam on Kalpataru day and next day on our daughter in law’s birthday on 2 Jan graciously gave us the extreme privilege of having prasad!
Perhaps you may recollect we had to return a few days before Swami Sridharanandaji arrived in Singapore and you very kindly agreed to convey our pranam to him. We were blessed by his love during our 16 years in Lucknow.
Swamiji we read your blogs and are excited that Thakur, Ma and Swamijii’s love are being showered on the Irish people.
Swamiji from 1988 to 1991. Thakur sent us to work as First Secy at our Embassy in Moscow.
We had the privilege of hosting and working with that indefatigable Swami Lokeshwarananda ji during his visits to Moscow. He took Thakur’s words to the Kremlin and a month after my return to India an Ashrama bloomed in the cold environs of Moscow.

Nowadays, we are blessed to regularly go to the Ulsoor Ashrama where so many holy men including Swami Veetabhayananda ji, Swami Dayatmananda ji and earlier the joyful Swami Kamalanda ji blessed us and live in joy!
